We are unable to accept any medicaid plans at this time.
Private pay options for those out-of-network
For those with insurance that Avela is not currently in-network with, we offer transparent private pay options, and we’re able to provide a superbill for reimbursement by some health plans.
Avela Intensive
Monthly fee: $3,000
Includes weekly 1:1 therapy sessions, access to your dedicated clinician via email and in-app chat, weekly Theory of Change parent groups, and access to our community exclusively for Avela parents.
Autism Diagnostic Evaluation
One time fee: $2,000

Out-of-network benefits
If we’re not currently in-network with your insurance plan, you may be able to submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement. This reimbursement is dependent on your personal coverage and plan type.
We are able to provide you with the documentation needed (a payment receipt called a superbill), which you will be able to submit to your insurance provider. Services like Reimbursify are also able to help you submit this claim for a small fee.
HSA/FSA
Avela Health’s services are HSA/FSA payment eligible, allowing you to pay for your services with those pre-tax funds.
