Start with a 5-minute online intake to schedule an appointment
Answer a few questions to help us understand your needs and how we can best support you.

Complete one-on-one conversations between you and one of our psychologists
They will learn more about your background, how you relate to other people, and how you go about life day-to-day.

Review the results with your psychologist and create a plan
Once we’ve gathered all the information, your psychologist will walk you through the findings. Together, you’ll talk through next steps and create a plan that’s right for you.

Who will be completing my diagnostic evaluation?
Our evaluations are completed by doctoral-level clinical psychologists. Each of our providers is extensively trained in evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming care, including diagnostic evaluations with high masking individuals and differential diagnoses (e.g., between autism and ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, and disruptive behavior concerns)—so you can trust that you are in skilled, compassionate hands.
How long does the diagnostic process take?
The length of the diagnosis process varies based on provider and your needs, but usually is completed across two to three appointments that range from 60 to 90 minutes in duration.
